Outlook for 2027

The next edition of KLANG MOOR SCHOPFE will take place in 2027, from Thursday 2 to Sunday 12 September. The biennial rhythm will be maintained. With a lead time of a good 20 months, the festival can be held at the desired high artistic level and react to unforeseen circumstances in terms of organisation.

The curatorial collaboration and networking with cultural institutions in Eastern Switzerland has proven successful and enriched the accompanying programme. The exceptionally positive response to the programme in general and to educational formats such as guided tours and audio walks will be incorporated into the curation of the 2027 event programme.

The optimisation measures in festival operations, especially in the catering area, in technology and in the use of volunteers, have proven their worth and will be retained for the next edition.

The KLANG MOOR SCHOPFE association also faces the challenge of filling key positions in the management team for the next edition. In this context, processes in all areas will be reviewed and, if necessary, reorganised.
